till December 31, 2026 When The Leaves Speak Wenn die Blätter sprechen

In her ‘In-Between’ presentation, the Pakistani artist Farrah Mahmood Rana allows nature itself to become the narrator. In the tradition of South Asian miniature painting, her richly detailed works on hand-prepared Wasli paper explore climate change as an ecological and emotional crisis. Symbols such as trees and lotus flowers represent vulnerability, resilience and hope. An accompanying workshop offers insights into the techniques of miniature painting and invites participants to experience the Pakistani artist’s artistic language first-hand through hands-on activities and discussion.
