CATS! AS PART OF THEATRE NIGHT
Curator-led tours exploring the museum as a stage and the exhibition “The Theatre of Politics: Cats in Resistance” set the scene for the experimental theatre performances at the MARKK.
“When the Cat Gets Hot: A User’s Guide for Overheated Cats” and “PEOPLE ARE STUPID, BUT IT’S OKAY BECAUSE CATS. Riot Instead of Detox’ are the titles of the performances featuring Gina Enslin & Anne Pretzsch.
At 9 pm, a lecture-performance with Julia Nitschke on internet culture, cat images and cultural studies perspectives will bring the evening to a close.
