Der Film setzt sich auf kreative und fesselnde Weise mit den verflochtenen Krisen unserer Welt auseinander, betrachtet durch die Brille des Schwarzen feministischen Denkens.

Im Anschluss an die Filmvorführung findet eine Podiumsdiskussion mit den Stipendiat:innen und Filmemacher:innen statt – ein Gespräch an der Schnittstelle von Kunst, Kritik, Aktivismus und Wissenschaft!

What is the polycrisis? How can we use the insights of black feminism to create new visions of society?Join us for a special evening at the museum as we premiere the thought-provoking and visionary short film, „Black Feminism & The Polycrisis“ made by fellows at THE NEW INSTITUTE in Hamburg. The event features a screening of the film that creatively and captivatingly addresses our world’s entangled crises through the lens of Black feminist thought.
